Prairie County Fair Pageant!!!

This afternoon a lady contacted me on my Facebook and asked If I would be able to Photograph the upcoming Prairie County Fair Pageant! Well, after asking for some help from my sister-in-law to decorate a backdrop and such, I was so excited to be able to respond with the answer YES!! So July 17th I will be Photographing all of the Contestants once they have already Walked and been in the Pageant! I'm so excited!! This is Big for Me, I have already Photographed a Wedding, and I loved it. I recently Photographed a couple of Newborns and I loved it, Now I get the Chance to Photograph all the Contestants If they choose to have there Child Pictured! Well, I'm super Excited! God Is Working and Im So On board!

Steamboat Days 2010

Every Year on the First weekend in June, Our Town, Des Arc has a Weekend devoted to lots of fun and and competitions for the Community and People all around! Its Called, Steamboat Days! The street is filled with Booths offering all kinds of Goodies, Several Kids of food to choose from, A talent Show, Chili Cook Off, 5K run, Craw fish eating contest, Fishing Derby I believe, the Duck Drop for the kiddos and even Carnival Rides. Its sure to bring in many and give lots of people and children much to do on that weekend!

This Year, it being my First Year in Photography.. I Decided to Do a Booth for My Business. I had Drawing Jar or a Free Sitting Fee valued at $50.00 and had Pictures up to show some of my Work, Different Forms to Show my Wedding Packaged, Senior Packages, Al La Carte Prices, and My Special Offered this summer. Mini Sessions! It was a Blast. A girl named Rachel McGrawl Won the Drawing for a free sitting fee. it was fun to have my hubby draw out of the jar and then contact her with some great news! I know I would love a free sitting fee! The Weekend brought in Several Different People and had much going on! It was very Tiring, but I made it thru! Maybe Next year Ill be back Or, Maybe Next year Ill be known enough I wont have to set up a Booth! God is Good, Following the Weekend, I had 8 sessions book for the next month. and 7 of them were in a two week period! Thanks to everyone who has Booked with me and Came by to support my booth! Sam's Newborn Pictures

This Shoot was All New to me. I have never Photographed a newborn Before! Well, as Luck Would have it. It was my Nephew! I was so excited. Not only do I love him so much. I was honored to have been able to do them! We Took these in a Hair Salon uptown on a Cute Shaggy Rug and out in a Corn Field! I love the New Idea's ...Sam's Momma had! they worked out great. Cooper Wedding

So this was Mine and Gingers Very First Wedding to Photograph. The Day came upon on us so soon and we were so scared. I mean. its so easy to do a re-shoot if a portrait session goes wrong, But a Wedding??? Um no. its a Wedding DAY!! you Cant just re-in-act those! So with much Prayer and Being Brave. We took it on! End of Story: It was one of the Most Fun days I have ever had! from the Photographing, To the Details, the Ceremony and then on to the Reception! We Loved it. We met so many People and out of it, We made such GREAT FRIENDS with the Bride and Made of Honor! I want to Say thank you Once again for letting Ginger and I capture Your Beautiful Day! It was so Brave of you to let us take this on, It being our Very First one! I pray the Lord above Provides us with So many More in our Future! Congratulations Josh and Ashley!!!,
